Mechanical Features
One of the major features of this machine is that it integrates unpacking, packing and sealing. It is also called a three-in-one automatic packing machine and a folding packing machine;
This machine can automatically arrange the goods in layers and groups according to the customer’s packing and sorting requirements, carry out automatic opening and precise positioning of the side opening of the carton before packing, and use crawling, suction cups and other methods to pack the goods into the carton;
It can achieve a variety of specifications and models of goods in the same process to complete automatic unpacking, packing and sealing;
Servo control suction cup type unpacking system, quick and intuitive specification and model adjustment instructions, solve the confusion of large area, high labor intensity and low efficiency of the basic unpacking, packing and sealing production line;
The equipment can be sealed with tape or hot melt according to customer regulations;
Can add inkjet printing, etc. and barcode scanning;
Select PLC control, touch screen can remind common failure points, and intuitively indicate the operation of the equipment;
Detailed and reliable protection system, no raw material alarm, door opening and closing alarm, common failure alarm; can add baffle function in the carton;
