FL-6030A＋SM-6040PE Fully Automatic Sleeve Sealing, Cutting and Shrinking Machine
FL-6030A + SM-6040 is designed for single objects or items with paper holders. This machine can be connected to the production line for automatic feeding, film wrapping, sealing and cutting, shrinking, cooling and shaping, realizing unmanned flow operation; induction feeding Film, greatly reducing the loss of the film; the original Omron digital display thermostat, the temperature is accurate, you can directly see the temperature status during sealing and cutting; the stepless mechanical speed control device adjusts the speed of the feeding conveyor belt; adopts OMRON ” PLC” programmable program controller, realizes the integration of machine, electricity and gas; adopts specially designed three-piece sealing knife, the sealing line is firm, does not crack, and is not easy to stick to the knife; the feeding conveyor belt can be designed to enter the left side as required The way of feeding material or the right side; can be designed as a bottom support or no bottom support product packaging.
